How it works

Turn-based work for a busy practice.

Libris Back Office is built for you to delegate and move on. It behaves like a staff member sitting behind the firm, not a drafting assistant you babysit. Because the administrator determines the skills Libris Back Office uses, the same rules apply firm-wide, whoever is using it, so the practice stays consistent. Administrators can also chat with Libris to train those skills, and schedule recurring work such as a daily brief in your inbox.

01

Delegate

Email your firm’s back-office address, or forward a thread. The task is off your plate. You are not waiting in a chat.

02

Work in your tenant

Libris plans and acts inside your Microsoft organisation: SharePoint, email, research, and your firm’s own model deployment. Same system for every licensed staff member.

03

Results by email

When the work is done, it comes back to you by email (a draft to review, a filing note, research, or a scheduled morning brief). External correspondence is drafted for a human to send.

04

You decide

Return when it suits you. Review, edit, accept, or send. Nothing material leaves the firm without a human’s active decision.
